and the chopped salad you should have received yesterday

Turkey, hummus bi tahini, spinach, tomato,  carrot, shaved zucchini and asparagus,  multigrain wrap
grape-tomato and Kalamata olive salad


sweet: Butter crisp with raspberry cream filling

10 grain hot cereal with blueberries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds and dates
