parmesan cheese (goat cheese would be fab as well), and a simple, garlicy, Balsamic vinaigrette.

Spinach Salad

Spinach, radicchio, red onion, tomato, avocado and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Simply  dressed with a balsamic vinegar and Olive oil, extra virgin, salt and pepper.
