Menu 6-13 through 6-18

Om Culinary Kit day one through three
Kits allow you to mix and match each meal and snack according to your appetite and cravings. Please see meal delivery menu for further suggestions and ways to combine the elements of your kit. Kit items will stay fresh longer than delivered meals because elements are packaged individually. 

Kit day one through three:
Suggested dinner ingredients and elements for lunch salads, sandwiches and wraps
•(V)French Lentil and veggie sausage soup
•(V)Spicy grilled seitan with chimichurri sauce

•Tri Tip with Chimichurri sauce
•Roasted Chicken 
•Herbed mixed whole grains
•Slow cooked black beans
•Roasted zucchini, peppers, eggplant, baby bella mushrooms
•Steamed broccoli and cauliflower
•Om salad kit: Romaine or mixed baby greens, roasted beets, steamed cauliflower and broccoli, garbanzos, shredded carrot, shredded butternut squash, jicima, cucumber, red onion, pumpkin seeds, feta cheese, fresh mint, basil or cilantro
•Om fresh red wine and herb vinaigrette 
•Multigrain bread
Orange kit items are traditional lunch ingredients
•Multigrain wraps
•Sliced provolone cheese
•Sliced pepper jack cheese
•Om Enlightened tuna salad
Desserts, granola and juices are additions available with each delivery
•Fresh squeezed Valencia OJ (consume within 72 hrs for maximum nutrition and taste)

•Sliced Tillamook cheddar
•Boars Head brie
•Om Enlightened tuna salad
